Shipping Information

All orders received through this website are packed and dispatched from the John Hollington Design studio. 

Generally the lighting designs are made up to order and we aim to dispatch as soon as possible but a minimum of 14 days should be allowed for delivery.

We keep a stock of our Garden Shop products which are dispatched within three days, using a tracked Parcelforce48 courier service.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for dispatch.

Our working days are Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.

Please note that in addition to postage, the shipping costs we charge include other operational costs and overheads

Our Couriers

We use Parcelforce, a living wage employer.

Returns

Should you wish to return a product for refund or exchange, please get in touch and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to return a product for a refund – perhaps because you have changed your mind -  you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service that includes appropriate shipping insurance.

In the unlikely event that the product has arrived damaged, we will be happy to replace it and may ask for pictures and details so that we can make enquiries with our courier to prevent future reoccurrences.

Our policy lasts 30 days and we require the product to be unused and in the original packaging.
